today was the 1st day of the rest of my life! well in all actuality everyday is, but today i started spring semester for my junior year. now i know how exciting it sounds, but i was not thrilled to be coming back to school. i did miss all of my friends, and my amazing roommates, not to mention the family i have here in Hawai'i. i think it was the simple fact of leaving the people i care about back home. when you live on an island it is easy to feel as though you are stuck! i feel as though i am missing out on my little sisters' growing up... and what happens when they need me? i just wish i could be in two places at once.
so enough of this sob story.... i had a GREAT 1st day! it wasn't like kindergarten when i was the only duck in a room full of bears (scary place for a duck to be), or 3rd grade when i cried, or 9th grade when i got lost. i had a legit good day. my teachers are all very hilarious in their own ways. i learned about new people, shared a little about myself, and to top it of i had a pretty good practice. all in all i was happy.
omg I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MORE now that ive heard the duck bear story. you dont even know! that just made my day.
